Movie Theaters on their way out?

As home-theaters and other alternatives rise in the market, is it only a matter of time before movie enthusiasts stop going to theaters all together? Movies at a theater in general are becoming less and less appealing; not because of the quality of the production or the physicality of a theater but rather the experience all together. While the google phone (T-mobile G1) certainly isn’t revolutionary by any sense, it can be dubbed evolutionary. Yes, it is lesser when compared to the Apple 3g in terms of userbility, speed, and other factors, but the potential of the G1 is much greater than the Iphone. As years pass and the G1 has more time to sink into tech communities, I think we will only see greatness coming out of this device. Unlike apple, this phone is completely unlockable. Twitter from Skype (and how to turn it off) - twitter4skype

To twitter from Skype, simply add username ‘twitter4skype’ to your contact list, and message the following (using Shift+Enter for new lines):
/account
username
password
However - I had great trouble turning it off again when I realised every few seconds new tweets started pouring into my window (and so down the side of the screen).
Turning it off again. To turn it on/off, type #on or #off respectively. Use #exit to log out. Now I know, I just need to share it before the next unsuspecting victim has to abandon their account.

Apple how could you?

Following is a summary of the recent event entitled “Let’s Rock” from Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, SF; hosted by Steve Jobs, CEO, Apple.
The recent event titled ‘Let’s Rock’ has surprised many of us. While some were hoping for rumors like that of Kevin Rose to be true, with the no-longer-widescreen display, accelerometer and new shades of aluminum, some were hoping for Apple to improve the range, rather than take it back a generation.
