A question that has always haunted me, ever since founding my first blog, or even written my first article, has been a simple grammatical error seen all over the internet.
Is it bare in mind, or bear in mind?
The answer, before I hold it back any longer, is "bear in mind." The reason behind this is bear, in the sense of holding, rather than the sense of grizzly bear. A common misconception is that bare means to hold, as well as the correct meaning, nude.

I know hundreds of keen Twitter users. We’ve been there since the start, and loved it all the way. However, it seems that now the huge media boom surrounding it, and other social networking systems, it’s struggling to keep up. At the bottom of most videos is a new button, labelled *new* YouTube Player …

You may remember, if you’re one of my more hard-core readers, back in the old blog, I used to make a few posts about the past present and future of the iPlayer. Well it turns out that it’s still growing rapidly into one of the main parts of the BBC. While competitors made an effort to launch their online services, like ITV’s Catch-up service (which nobody uses, due to the strict requirements) or the boom of 4’s 4od (now a part of Virgin Media or online), the BBC is still …
