		<description>I have to say, Erik, you have a point, but there are a few that are good at both. Yes there are those who excel at code, and yes there are those that excel at design, but there are those who flat-out don't excel at anything, and the minority that do excel just get overlooked, and underpaid.</description>

Obviously that's a myth since people very rarely excel at both. You can generally divide people that's in the business into three groups. Good designers, Good Developers and Mediocre at both.</description>
