Apple stated that there will be no updates/upgrades to their product line this year, despite rumors that the iMac and Mac Mini were to be receiving speed bumps before the new year. I guess I got my hopes up for nothing. The next Macworld event is scheduled in January 2009, so we will all have to wait until then. Read all about it here

After watching a review on Wired’s Gadget Lab podcast, I absolutely fell in love with this product. Basically, Logitech has created a device which plugs into your home stereo system, and allows you to play music wirelessly; whether it be from your iTunes Library, Pandora or anything else. To twitter from Skype, simply add username ‘twitter4skype’ to your contact list, and message the following (using Shift+Enter for new lines): /account username password However - I had great trouble turning it off again when I realised every few seconds new tweets started pouring into my window (and so down the side of the screen). Turning it off again. To turn it on/off, type #on or #off respectively. Use #exit to log out. Now I know, I just need to share it before the next unsuspecting victim has to abandon their account.
