Theres something slightly endearing to the thought of a brilliant site, with incredible content and with a beautiful layout and design. Unfortunately it is rare you get such combinations.
Therefore, for people who have a problem understanding whats good looking, and whats not. Here’s a rough idea of what I believe is good and bad about some designs on the web today.

I just bought a book called How to Cheat in Photoshop CS3 and it is bloody amazing. Great quality, good humor written throughout and in full color which I think is so important for a book about Photoshop!
It is a really good read and I think one of the best Photoshop books out there for creating photorealistic effects.
