Theres something slightly endearing to the thought of a brilliant site, with incredible content and with a beautiful layout and design. Unfortunately it is rare you get such combinations.
Therefore, for people who have a problem understanding whats good looking, and whats not. Here’s a rough idea of what I believe is good and bad about some designs on the web today.

I have been searching around on the internet, having a look for some evidence to indicate why I should bother maintaining a nofollow structure on any software I write. It was originally a concept by Google, back in the Pagerank beta, to combat the abuse of link-based spam, but many predicted its failure. Has it really done anything? Well the numbers say no.
