Unbeatable Minesweeper.

I’ve just got back from an incredibly long session of the new version of Minesweeper. That was a cruel and patronising game. When it said ‘deceptively simple’ in the description, I had no idea how (concerning) long it would take to complete it. Damn. Microsoft beat me again.
This is quite a convenient example of how Microsoft has managed to give the whole OS a complete overhaul. Still got a bit more to prove to me, but the gap between OS X and Windows is closing rapidly, especially with the highly compatible and successful "failed" Leopard launch (I was inclined to use a word that isn’t aloud for ‘general audiences’ but I stuck with failed).
Well have fun with it, I’ll be back with some useful tips some time.
While I’m here, best free multi-player games on the net (by request):
- Free Allegiance (Painful keyboard shortcuts)
- BZFlag (primitive UI)
- Second life (if you can understand it)
- All the stuff available on Maid Marian
Well that’s all the game news in 2008 (you may have noticed I’m not a game fan…) so have fun and use it wisely.
Lol, you actually got me to open the game and play it. I don’t think I’ve played it since Win98 days. Thanks.
Nor had I, but I thought I’d check it out. While you are there, with time to spare, checkout InkBall, a hilariously pointless game.
